          Offering 3 Healthy Relationship Trainings

1. Boundaries I  and II Training

WOVEN The Family Nurturing Center of Northern Indiana will offer Boundary trainings to provide a team response to the power of building relationships of healthy Boundaries I and II. In this series of  trainings, you will indentify how your boundaries affect all aspects of your life. In relationships, boundaries are often defined as the line that indicates where one person ends and another person begins.

This two-part training will address the following areas:


Boundaries I
You will define and understand your own healthy boundaries



Boundaries II
You will learn the importance of YOUR Boundaries upon someone else.
You will understand how Boundaries affect the people you touch and the children you serve.
Expect to be changed and find yourself valuable enough to spread your worth to others, especially to a child
.

2. Communication and Commitment Training

 
WOVEN The family Nurturing Center of Indiana will provide
trainings to provide a team response to the commitment needed to the well being of families. This means that You know that there will be struggles within Your Personal Relationship with Your Child, Your Spouse, with Your Friendships, and with Your daily schedule. You will learn the challenges that You will face and be committed in facing them. This statement of Commitment simply states that Your Family is worth everything to You! The commitment curriculum for the 3-hour training includes class activities and group discussion.

3. Attitudes Of Change Training


WOVEN The Family Nurturing Center of Northern Indiana will provide trainings to provide a team response to the power of positive thinking. You will discover many things about yourself, assist you in ways to explore your future, and discover how your thinking determines how you feel. You will learn 4 Principles of Attitude of Change that will culminate into knowledge for positive outcomes in your relationships with your spouse, with your workplace, with your children extended family and friends. The curriculum for the 3-hour training includes class activities and group discussion.

What is Attitude?
A complex mental state involving beliefs, feelings, values, and dispositions to act a certain way.


What is Change?
To be different. Be transformed.
Be altered.


In this training you will learn four major principles:

Recognizing your attitude
Commit to a better future.
Purposeful Perseverance
Positive Self--Esteem

The Power of Positive Thinking has the ability to change you through the attitude that change is a part of all of us without exception and happens to us every moment of every day.
